Trainee / Junior Financial Adviser

Location: Glasgow – Office Based​

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

This opportunity offers exactly that. A long-established financial advice firm is looking to appoint a Trainee / Junior Financial Adviser to join their Glasgow office. You will review existing client arrangements, ensure solutions remain suitable and identify opportunities for further advice. The role will also involve research and paraplanning, allowing you to build the technical knowledge required to develop into a fully qualified adviser.

Responsibilities will include:

• Conduct regular client reviews

• Ensure existing solutions remain suitable

• Identify new opportunities within the client bank

• Support advisers with research and paraplanning

• Develop under the guidance of a Senior Adviser

Requirements:

• Experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser

• Ambition to move into financial advice

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work full time from the Glasgow office

Package:

• £30,000 – £40,000 basic salary
