Operations Manager (Head of Operations)

Location: Watford / Hybrid​
​Salary: £55,000 - £60,000, plus bonus, plus benefits
Reports to: CEO

We are seeking an Operations Manager (Head of Operations) to oversee the operational running of a financial services business across mortgages, protection and wealth advice. Reporting to the CEO, you will play a key role in ensuring the business runs efficiently while supporting advisers and the wider team.
You will also manage an Operations Coordinator and act as the key operational link between the business and its network.

Responsibilities will include:

• Conduct client reviews

• Ensure existing solutions remain suitable

• Identify opportunities within the client bank

• Support advisers with research and paraplanning

• Develop under the guidance of a Senior Adviser

Requirements:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business

• Manage and support the Operations Coordinator​

• Act as the link between the firm and the network​

• Manage adviser joiner and leaver processes​

• Improve operational processes and efficiency
