Operations Coordinator
Location: Watford/ Hybrid
Salary: Up to £30,000
Reports to: Operations Manager (Head of Operations)

A growing financial services firm is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of the business across mortgages, protection and wealth advice. Reporting to the Operations Manager (Head of Operations), you will play a key role in ensuring operational processes run smoothly while supporting advisers and the wider team.
Responsibilities will include:
Arranging adviser and internal meetings
Booking meeting rooms and managing logistics
Supporting adviser joiner and leaver processes
Preparing onboarding documentation
Acting as the link between the firm and the network
Providing day-to-day operational support to advisers
What We’re Looking For :
Administration or operations experience (financial services beneficial)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Strong communication and organisational skills
Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
